@Ichimoku This has happened to us and I think also to @alien4u . The issue seems to come up when a Saved Search calls .run(), though possibly under other scenarios as well. I believe it is an intermittent Netsuite issue, and something happening in their services, and not an issue with the script itself. This happened to some of our scripts that have been working fine for several years. You could always try using SuiteQL instead of a saved search if that is your problem, it might avoid this particular issue, though I have no way to verify that.

The script that was throwing the error did have saved searches as params that I was using to get data. So you may be onto something.

Yeah, thanks for the info. Just reached out to support team, they confirmed that there was a flash issue during that time the error happened.
I’m thinking how I can actually do the retry if these happens again
Because i’m assuming even retry will fail because there’s a server issue lol
