An user is encountering this error message after swapping an SO’s item. According to them, they’ve always been able to edit any SO’s item after zeroing the invoice, which in this case is fully paid. All items in the SO are non-inventory. User expects to be able to edit the item, is it possible?

You can't modify the items if there are related transactions.

@Edgar Valdes I’m able to see on the SO’s line history that the Item was indeed changed
status changed from Open to Paid in Full 20 mins earlier, if that makes a difference
