Hey everyone! My question is about NetSuite custom fields. When we create custom fields, some of them get locked and we can't delete them. What are the reasons for these fields getting locked and how can we delete them?

May be a fields created by a locked bundle? In this case, the field can't be deleted, unless you uninstall the bundle

Ok, then by the word "locked", do you mean you see the lock icon next to the field name or some error message appears when you try to delete it?

Yes I am talking about custom fields, that locked and we are not able to delete them

Do you get an error when you try to delete it? If you started populating this custom field on any record, then you wouldn't be able to delete it. Make sure there is no data in this custom field.
