Our e-commerce site is currently running on 2019.2 We would like to upgrade to the latest version (2022.1 or 2022.2) Is there a benefit in doing that and if so, how long does it take? Is is a complicated process?

@Livio the upgrade should have a purpose, I suggest you to read the release notes of the SCA versions after 2019.2 to check if there were new features added that your company wants to take advantage of. Since 2019.2 the code has been migrated from JavaScript to TypeScript on the frontend and from 1.0 to 2.0 to SuiteScript. The time it would take depend on many factors: • Do you have experience working with SuiteCommerce? • Do you know what extensions are using your site? Are they from NetSuite or another partner? • Do you have custom modules created by any chance? (this is a bad practice and should be avoided) • Would you need changes on the look and feel, new features? Good luck!
