doesn't seems to , only action available is allocate on revenue arangement.

there isn't a way to trigger this exact button, but it depends on what you're trying to do, you can join to the revenue plan using the revenue element changes to the revenue element via changing the item line or changing values on the actual revenue plan could change the postings on the plan...
