05/27/2021, 8:42 AMOkay, So I have 2 POs , if I receive them for one line items are populated on item receipt, for other they are not. Inbound Shipments are created for both and are in in Transit( don't know now if this is relevant). I have checked both POs not able to find out the difference, why this is happenning for one, and not other. Have anyone encountered this before ?

The quantites that are on Inbound shipment should be received from the Inbound shipment only. If you try to do that from PO you won't get those here.
You can get lines on IR for quanitites if there are less qauntites on IS than PO, lets suppose 10 for item X are on PO, on IS we have 8, and then transform from PO the 2(differece POQ - ISQ (remaining)) will be filled on item receipt.
