Does anyone know if it’s possible to filter the item sub list on a sales order based on the customer selected ?

What do you mean. The items list is on a sales order which is a 1 to 1 relation with customers

Example: Customer 1 has access to Item 1,2,3 ; Customer 2 has access to Item 1,4,5
