Does anyone know what permission controls when custom record type will return in global search using the prefix `Page: {Custom Record Name}` .. I have two custom roles, both with permissions to a custom record type labeled `PLX Employee`
• One role can global search `page: plx employee` and get the following results. The other role has nothing returned in global search. 

Not sure if this is the issue but the custom record may not be “included in global search”?

Yeah, the custom record type does have that option selected.

I see. Does the role that cannot find the page have the “Custom Record Entries” permission?
