Has anyone else seen their datacenter change? We were in Phoenix, AZ because we are located in CA but it is now Ashburn, VA

I've seen it happen a couple of times. Would expect this might become more common over time as Oracle continues to increase # of datacenters for NS and improves "portability" of instances.
