Does anyone know if the new "Smart Count" feature in 2022.2 is included in base NetSuite or with Advanced Inventory? Or is this an add-on product to buy?

My understanding is its a bundle that they will include when you have advanced inventory within your suite. Can't look it up and confirm because it's not in the help menu yet.

But with that being said, this is not a WMS nor a cycle counting solution on its own to have its full effect you will need a WMS. There are solutions that include native cycle counting that does not disrupt flow with in the warehouse.

Ah I see. I just remember that the old Supply Chain Management bundle included the Create Inventory Count feature. And it was never very usable. I hoped this was a suitable bridge before going full WMS

I'd say if you aren't using a full WMS now, this will definitely be a step up
