Hi there, I am helping a user connect to ODBC in Excel. We initially installed 64 bit driver and realized that her Excel is running 32 bit. Now she has both 32 bit and 64 bit but still she doesn't have dsn=NetSuite in her Data Source Settings. Do we first have to remove the 64 bit driver to make this work? What am I missing?

Not necessary, watch on system dsn if already exists, if not, just add it, maybe controller couldn't create dsn

@jimmy Yes both drivers exist on System DSN and we did test the connection and it was successful. What should I check if the user can't create a DSN? Would that be her computer's limitation?

Yes maybe user shoud run installer as an admin, if not works it could be a computer limitaation
