We have a problem with Saved Search from entity record type. Execution in our account is as expected, but in the clients account results in error altname field does not exists?!? Record browser shows altname as regular search columms!

we compared both accounts and yes that was the only one difference berween them and possible reason... Thank ypu @battk... Now we have confirmation from you.. Just for conclusion : additional problem was that suiteql query regularly has altname with values, but savedsearch not!
