Try changing the label for that column to blank in the form customisation

I tried disabling every sublist field on my custom form but Vendor Name still shows up

I'm not even sure if it's possible to hide or rename it. I couldn't even find a sublist field with a label "Vendor name" or anything close when customizing my form.
