Hi All, can anybody help me understand why the from address in our email template is showing up as no-one@companydomain.com instead of no-one@netsuite.com. We didn't configure anything for from email adress so ideally the from address should be no-one@nestuite.com but we get no-one@companydomain.com We do have email preferences set to "*User Email address*" though in that case it should be myemail@companydomain.com any thoughts?

Do you have a "From Email Address" preference set on the user?
