Are you trying to add an inlinehtml field to a sublist? I don't think you can add that field type to sublists.

you can add this as a body field, the jquery will take care of itself for the sublist if you're having trouble scripting, and it's records, body fields with default values will work if you're using it as a N/ui/serverWidget (say suitelet) then use it as a body field with default value and it'll be ok too
