you would need to explain what you dont understand about the example from the documentation

Actually need to create a suitelet and want to populate the data of item receipt

but while populating the data using client script page gets hanged out

creating an item receipt usually means transforming from another transaction, and marking some checkboxes and maybe some quantity fields if you are doing partials

while populating the data in a sublist from saved search through client script

you either need to get much better at explaining your code, or share the code
