are you 2 on na1? looks like https://system.na1.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/srbrowser/Browser2020_2/script/index.html is broken while all the other datacenters like https://system.na0.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/srbrowser/Browser2020_2/script/index.html work
