What does everyone use to track UAT? Looking for a tool that captures the test, results and produces reports

First time I heard about this tools, and at a quick glance of the two options mention above they are not fully clear to me. Do they provide some sort of Automated GUI Testing or is just to keep track of what needs to be tested and which scenarios should be test?

If feasible, I think some kind of Automated GUI Testing working with NetSuite would be very interesting, but I have not try it, so not sure how interesting and helpful it can be

I've tried those automated GUI ones ... never with any success.  I'm looking to formalize the process, yet still have a 'person' perform the tasks

I tried one in the past (I do not remember the name), not with NetSuite tho, but it was quite "smart", so that makes me believe that it should doable to set some kind of routine on them to "automated" testing, even if a person is watching it
