I tried almost all the VScode extensions, and nothing works.

I'd say SDF but there's issues with that where you upload changes, but they aren't reflected so you have to update manually

I was using Eclipse to upload my files in Sandbox the only issue was for any files that were in the root SuiteScript folder i had to do manually. If you have a good folder structure in your file cabinet you should be good using Eclipse

Meanwhile the supported IDEs are Eclipse and WebStorm. I highly recommend WebStorm over Eclipse (though it's not free).

Alternatively you can use the SDF CLI and editor of your choice.
