@screnshaw You will face basically 3 scenarios related to that, for example custom records List/Record State will hold/store the State Internal ID, Address form in the other hand would give you the CODE (Abbreviation) and in some cases you will get the full state name, maybe from searches. The good news is: You can search States with a SEARCH (search.lookupFields does not work), but a regular search will work and you can search by Name, Short Name or ID.
