Sanity Check - We've been experiencing a timeout issue with NetSuite's Electronic Payments bundle. Support has come back and recommended we edit the deployment to toggle the Execute as Role to admin and back. Is there any way this can actually do anything?

Perhaps they're doing some caching of permissions and that will flush it out? That is a SWAG of the highest order

probably wont matter if it works or not, they will insist you do it before moving onto other alternatives
if it fixes the problem, great (though really weird)

Yeah.. our admin is going to try next week but I'm really curious/sceptical how it could help

@michoel are you using the advanced electronic bank payments license?
the eft bundle failed for us because the license engine had a timeout issue, and we had to do manual requests to fix it, we tried the Setup>License Client>Manual License Request and that helped

Even if toggling that setting it appears the problem resolves, it does not mean it was causal
