my finger has pointed at the NS servers so much that it’s permanently stuck straight out

I share the same bias anymore, yeah. We have a consultant that I tasked with looking into the loading issue, and they told us it's because of our scripts, even though all of the relevant scripts run in less than .1 seconds, so i'm finding it hard to believe it's us and not netsuite servers.
p
Those response times are actually quite good. Server times isn’t just about the server taking time to response, it is the time scripts and workflows take to execute too, so a little misleading
i
@PlanetJupiter scripts and workflows are separated (dark blue part of the pie). 21s is terrible i'd say. We have issues with Netsuite being slow too but not that slow.
c
PlanetJupiter might be referring to the second img where the load times are around 12s. which isn't as bad as 21s, but still seems a bit much to me. Looking through the page time details, atleast half of my server load times aren't attributed directly to a workflow or script, so i'm assuming that's actual server time.
i
Ah okay yeah 12s isn't bad.

Thanks to both of you, I appreciate the info!

@Corey Schwoebel Are you on the OCI platform?
c
We are, and of course we're not able to compare performance before and after the migration, though I'm pretty sure our performance went downhill after.
