For context working with a 3rd party sending search results, due to a lot of German language special characters the (perfectly valid) UTF_8 file type output is garbled if you open in Excel -> well aware this is a sh***y excel limitation, but I can't make the guys on the other end use OpenOffice Calc or convince them that it doesn't matter as long as the system they import to recognizes valid UTF_8 CSVs (it does)....
