I'm seeing this defect again today. Its been working fine for a few weeks now but back again in a SB1

Defect 602138: script changes uploaded to NS file cabinet not showing when running the script

Anyone else seen this.

Yes, I have noticed this again for the first time in some weeks. Uploading via SDF. Also in a Sandbox Account. Workaround this time was to uploaded a second time. I noticed is now taking the previous changes. So if I do change A, I need to deploy to account 2 times in order to get it refreshed. Pretty frustrating issue. Anyone else?
