It did, but it seemed like it was only utilizing one queue, since it took almost exactly 5x as long to run as usual and has 5 queues allocated

Is the deployment set up to use the queues? Someone could have modified it

It is and wasn't modified, so it's just a little odd since I have never seen this issue before

do you log errors in the summarize?

If it fails, you usually won't see anything (unless you have logs) so if its getting to summarize, you could see what errors occurred if you aren't logging.
