We turned off automatic case reopening and I have kind of a bizarre request. Send an email to managers when a message is sent to a closed case. If I was going to create a UE script, would I start on Message or Case?
It seems like I could create a UE script on Message afterSubmit and check Case: Status and other case fields to determine whether to send an email. No?
