@ericbirdsall Thanks for your feedback. I've had exactly the opposite in regards to support from Celigo. I feel pretty abandoned, the solutions are never right, it takes days to have the most simple of conversations and now to get on the office hours call I have to complete a very long certification course first - I am happy to do the course but burning issues in production need to take priority. I've got a pipeline of integration work that I want to put through Celigo but I'm left using SuiteScript based solutions to bypass Celigo while looking at other vendors.
From an architecture perspective, I like IpaaS, I just don't like Celigos lack of support. I have a feeling the support issues is mainly because I am in Australia though.
