quick poll: Celigo (middleware) VS direct NS integration with third parties

Both of the past 2 companies I’ve worked for have used Celigo to connect their BigCommerce sites to NetSuite. PROS: I’ve had very few issue in the ~5 years working with Celigo. They have a great support team, who has always been very responsive when I’ve needed help or wanting to make changes to the connection. (There are also users in this forum/group who work for Celigo and have helped me directly in this group) CONS: They recently updated their UI and it’s not my favorite… things I could do previously in 1-2 clicks now takes 3-4. All that said, I’d still recommend Celigo to any one.

@ericbirdsall Thanks for your feedback. I've had exactly the opposite in regards to support from Celigo. I feel pretty abandoned, the solutions are never right, it takes days to have the most simple of conversations and now to get on the office hours call I have to complete a very long certification course first - I am happy to do the course but burning issues in production need to take priority. I've got a pipeline of integration work that I want to put through Celigo but I'm left using SuiteScript based solutions to bypass Celigo while looking at other vendors. From an architecture perspective, I like IpaaS, I just don't like Celigos lack of support. I have a feeling the support issues is mainly because I am in Australia though.

Hi @Craig. I'm on the leadership team at Celigo. Thanks for letting us know - I would love to connect and see what we can do to fix this and do right for you.
