I'm doing some string manipulation so I can concat a larger string for use in another field. line 2 is giving this error: "You must use getValue to return the value set with setValue"

get the internal id of the select using getValue and then do a search to get your text value

Quite the long way around.

This happens only if the value was changed during this edit. It’s a very annoying inconsistency in script.
