@Cherry Basha, I'm not sure if this is possible, but considering the lack of control NetSuite offers over emails, it could be tricky or not possible at all. .ics files are not just simple attachments, they multi-part mime types files, and I don't think you can add them correctly to emails created by NetSuite API.
