@Luis There are at a lot of similarities between OCR solutions. However, some are built only for NetSuite (data & functionality mostly lives within your NetSuite account, no external applications to log into or integrate with) while others are built to support multiple ERP systems with varying levels of integration with NetSuite. Also pay attention to all of the other non-OCR features that you might take advantage of such as approvals, support for POs/matching, vendor management, payments, etc. There is a lot of variation in capabilities that surround OCR. One other thing to think about is migration, especially if you're already live on NS - the internal work required to change processes in NetSuite to conform to certain solutions should be taken into account as you're evaluating solutions. There's also price - pay attention to the cost to scan documents - some charge by page, while others charge a flat fee per document, which can make it tricky to compare.
