Does anyone have a comprehensive list of SuiteApps/bundles that support OCR for Vendor Bills? I've searched the following but not so sure which ones are the best:

Centsoft

Paramount Workplace

And yeah I saw it in the NS 2022.2 Release Notes but they got rid of it. Do you have an idea if it's going to be a paid one or not?

I was just adding an option to the list. I never actually tried Tipalti.

All I know about the NetSuite one is what I've seen in this slack. Someone mentioned there was a webinar in which NetSuite said it would be a paid offering.

<@U0147J9JNJ3> There are at a lot of similarities between OCR solutions. However, some are built only for NetSuite (data &amp; functionality mostly lives within your NetSuite account, no external applications to log into or integrate with) while others are built to support multiple ERP systems with varying levels of integration with NetSuite. Also pay attention to all of the other non-OCR features that you might take advantage of such as approvals, support for POs/matching, vendor management, payments, etc. There is a lot of variation in capabilities that surround OCR. One other thing to think about is migration, especially if you're already live on NS - the internal work required to change processes in NetSuite to conform to certain solutions should be taken into account as you're evaluating solutions. There's also price - pay attention to the cost to scan documents - some charge by page, while others charge a flat fee per document, which can make it tricky to compare.

1. Fast Four is 100% native incl. OCR - works super reliable, easy and cheap implementation 
2. SquareWorks is native in NetSuite but I have no experience and couldn’t find the OCR feature.

3. all others are “outside” NetSuite. I totally agree with the comment about looking at other feauters and the overall company digital document strategy you have.

4. For all solutions: IF you are looking at a audit-proof storage (Revisionssichere Ablage) then the air becomes really thin.

<@U4K9R71U2> all solutions, including FF and SquareWorks perform the actual OCR outside of NetSuite. However, when using both FF and SquareWorks, as a user you wouldn't notice this as it all appears to be part of NetSuite.
