I have a Saved System Notes saved search that certain users dont get all of the results. It seems to only show results if the field in the search was set by them. It seems to be an issue with the User Role, but I cant figure what would restrict access to view the search results.

Are these users using roles that are restricted by subsidiary, has an "Employee Restrictions" setting of "Own and Subordinates only," have the Support Role checked and are on the Assigned To list, etc.? This sounds like a potential setting issue in the Roles that the users are using.
