Any consulting companies willing to share their hourly rates for development? I'm leaving my employer but going to do some hourly development work for them- trying to come up with a number that makes sense for both of us

Full time I wouldn't go less than $200-250 personally.

I'd try to get far away from the billable hour and spec things out in terms of full cost upfront.
