Dupe detection: can you not have two contacts with the same name/different email (edit: attached to the same customer record)? It generally only happens in larger companies, but it's not unheard of to deal with two people named Bill Johnson. With two different email addresses obviously. Maybe the second guy is bill.johnson2@somecompany.com. We have our Contact duplication set to Email (Full), which I thought meant it would only flag as a dupe if the full email address matched. I'm able to add two contacts with same name/different email attached to different customers, but not on the same customer. Anyone else run into this?
