System Notes Question: Do submitfields NOT show up on system notes on purpose? What scenarios happen where System Notes are NOT updated.

I've had no issues with custom fields not showing but some native fields never show up but that's the same for the UI. Also only changes show up. Setting a field to the same value will not register a new system notes entry.

Frustrating

I can confirm some custom fields do not show changes in the System Notes, some of those are critical or important as Shipping Via or Shipping Rate(I don't remember 100%) in some scenarios I had to create custom fields to mimic those fields values in order to know when the original/native field was changed.

system notes v2 they'll be ensuring all fields are captured iirc
