OCI is absolute trash

It's definitely a downgrade. I filed a support ticket today for another performance related complaint. CSV imports seem to be throttled to (exactly) 100 records per minute. I have routine imports of 12k records that take 120 minutes. Before OCI, these took probably a third of the time. Everything just feels like molasses now.
