How many contacts are you trying to send an email to?

Oh, in that case, maybe try emailing each of them individually. Perhaps one of the contacts in the list is causing issues (hard to day), but that is where I would start. If just sending to 1 contact is giving that error, what happens if you use the contact email field instead of the internal id?
