How can I apply a script to email form? I don't see it in the Applies To dropdown.

Message record.  This is for all the messages, e.g. Email, Fax you can create under Communications tab of the record.

I looked for that too and did not see it.

What type of script? I believe you can only deploy UE, not client.

(If you need client logic a workaround is inline html field with your code in a `&lt;script&gt;` tag)
