Does anyone know if you can script or otherwise customize the "Print Statements" screen/process to customize how it decides which email address to use (when emailing pdfs)?

I'd rather not recreate all the functionality on that screen (e.g. custom suitelet?)  just to have it able to select email address from some other field than `customer.email`

Just had John E. help me create such a Suitelet because I had a client ask for this exact functionality

that said - we didn't recreate ALL the functionality - e,g, repopulating the "Balance" column based on the "Start Date" field was not something the client wanted to bother doing

Agreed. I was a little surprised the client wanted to spend the money on it. Happy to show you the solution/send you the original spec if you want
