Does anyone has issues with sending out the invoices to the customer using the bulk email process ?? on 06/03/2020 we have sent out email to our customer using the bulk emails and those emails are list in sent emails list in the NetSuite but most of the customer reported that they didn't received the emails. What would be the possible reason ???

Did you check your rejected emails?

Lists->Mailings->Undelivered Emails

maybe the got bounced for some weird reason and you can remove them from that list, and send again

@nzaleski Yeah I checked undelivered Emails and Bounced emails but i found nothing there.
