Does anyone know how to customize the template when selecting “Save & Print” on a bill payment? I can’t for the life of me figure out what template is being used

You need to edit the form. When editing the form you can select the print template

I tried that. It uses that form when I select “Print Voucher” but not when they do “Save & Print” — it’s using a different template

Does it look like it is trying to print a check?

I’ve tried changing both the check and voucher templates though. What it’s trying to print has three “items” on it so I assume it is a voucher

Huh. I'm just testing in a demo account. When I save and print it is clearly a check that is printing. If you look under Setup->Company->Printing & Fax (under preferences) In the CHeck Printing section is the default check type set to Standard or Voucher?
