So I have basic projects and with basic projects, you have to make the project from the customer record. All of a sudden my option to make a project is gone and now when I try to do a csv import for projects, it says "that record does not exist".

Are you having this issue with this customer only (which is a child customer record)? or all customers?

@Th3VanMan all customers. I also already checked the personalize to make sure it wasn't unchecked

That's very odd, I can't think of anything, short of someone disabling the Projects feature in the Setup
