Hello! Is there any way to apply a JE as a credit to a payment after it has been saved? I usually see the option when creating it, but the option disappears when I try to edit an existing payment. TIA!

If I remember correctly, you can't do anything with credits period (either via JE or even credit memo) after the payment has been saved once. Just a system limitation for some reason.

That’s unfortunate. Is the only workaround to accept another payment with $0 and the credit applied? Our payments are created through the payment processor via a script, and apparently can't be deleted.
