is it possible to add a button to the form that can save the sales order record and email the transaction...(Save & email) ?

can i apply suitescript to it .. I want to get emails addresses from the customer record and then email the transaction when "save & email" is selected

you don't need to add script for that you can use this, when you select this on the customer record it populates automatically

ok so , the Customer Refund doesn't have this option and apparantely i am not able to render a custome rrefund transaction as well using suitescript

hmm not sure the customer refund, there is a template for send message to customer, which you might be able to modify, but if you contact Vested group they might tell you if their solution works on customer refund or not. it should work though, someone else here might chime in as well if they have different soultion.
