07/27/2022, 4:00 PMYeah, it sounds like you are using the Invoice Grouping feature, if so, it would be on the customer record.

07/28/2022, 1:35 AMif a previous consolidation failed the customer could be stuck marked as "CI in Process". Check if that's the case and if so try clearing the field
