Download chrome extension `'Netsuite Advanced Field Help'`.
Then in the UI go to create a new custom field.
Change the Type to List/Record.
Then click on the field `List/Record` (like you want to view the help for it), and the advanced field help will show you a list of all the available options with internal ids.

There is probably some word like `entitystage` if i had to guess that would have worked as well.
