Hello everyone, I am stuck on a limitation of Netsuite. Our customer would like that some emails (sent via a user event script) are sent on behalf of the general address email of the subsidiary (ex : info@mysupercompany.com). This email address obviously does not refer to an employee id ... Do you have any idea how I could sent an email (with email.send or something else) from an author that is not an employee ?

Normally i just create fake employees. As long as they do not have access and role, they don't consume a license.

In a similar context, I also put a flag on the fake employees and added a custom employee field to the subsidiaries filtered for the flag. The flag was also useful for maintaining the dynamic allocations
