I spent a half an hour pushing hard for an increase to the account level concurrency for Restelets today, from 5 to a more reasonable level of 15 to 20 and learned that NetSuite doesn’t care at all what I think. 15 yrs +/- on NetSuite doesn’t mean a thing to the company. They want 24k a year to get back to what we had 2 years ago. It sucks because the platform has so many great features if it wasn’t for this kind of unethical customer gouging that I keep seeing.
