We updated a workflow today and it is not respecting the new conditions. We waited a few hours in case it needed time to update, but it is still showing the old conditions on the workflow tab of the transaction record. Any idea why the workflow condition is 'stuck'?

although you probably want #C2C2JM29M , a general troubleshooting step could be to cancel the active workflow on your transaction

I didn’t realise that instances of workflows that had already started on a transaction updated themselves when you modified the workflow. I’d have thought that would be something you’d have to be very wary of when changing existing workflows. I need to read the documentation, gap in my knowledge
