When doing form.addField for a select, how do you set advanced pdf's as the "source"?

Yep that should be the NS internal id for that record

If you have the chrome plugin advanced field help... begin creating a new field in the UI, make the `Type` `List/Record` and then click help on the `List/Record` dropdown and you can see the internal id's available
