Not sure which channel to post this question, so will ask here. I am trying to get emails sent to me from sandbox. I went to

Setup->Company->Email Preferences

and I set the "Send Emails To" field to myself, and for some reason whenever I press the Save button, it automatically selects the "Do not send emails" radio button. Anyone know why this is happening? I have done this many times before without any issues.
